Step 1: Sourced Fresh
Once you place your order, we pick up your hair from our trusted local supplier. Nothing sits in a box for months waiting for you.

Step 2: The Shed Test
We run our hands firmly through the hair from root to tip. Excessive shedding means it doesn't ship.

Step 3: The Lace Check
We inspect the lace for holes, weak spots, and construction flaws before approval.

Step 4: The Comb-Through
We comb every unit start to finish to check for matting, tangling, and inconsistent texture.

Step 5: The Smell and Feel Check
We check for strong chemical odors and stiffness, which can signal low-quality processing.

Step 6: Photographed Before Packing
We photograph each unit before it's packed, so we have a record of exactly what shipped.

Step 7: Packed With Care
Your order is neatly packed and shipped, with same-day shipping available on orders placed before 12:00 PM ET

If a unit doesn't pass these steps, it doesn't ship. If anything arrives that doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
