By using nayabeautyhair.com or buying from Naya Beauty Hair ("we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Colors may look different on different screens and under different lighting, and natural human hair varies slightly from unit to unit in texture, density, and color. Lengths are measured as stretched or natural as stated on the product page.

2. Pricing and Availability
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Because we source after you order, an item occasionally becomes unavailable. If that happens, we'll contact you to offer a replacement or a full refund.

3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable products, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will refund you if we do. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Shipping and Returns

5. Care and Use
Human hair products require proper care. Our estimates of lifespan depend on following care instructions. We aren't responsible for damage caused by improper installation, heat, chemical processing, or coloring. Please consult a professional stylist before bleaching or dyeing.

6. Customer Content (Photos, Videos, Reviews)
If you post, send, or tag us in photos, videos, or reviews related to our products, you give Naya Beauty Hair a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content on our website, social media, and marketing. You confirm that you own the content and have permission to share it. You can ask us to remove it at any time by emailing nayabeautyhair@gmail.com

All text, images, logos, and designs on this site belong to Naya Beauty Hair or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
